TRAFFIC ALERT: ROUTE 606 IN CRAIG COUNTY TO CLOSE FOR PIPE REPLACEMENT
SALEM - On or about April 1, 2020, Route 606 (Caldwell Mountain Road) in Craig County will be closed for a pipe replacement.
Route 606 (Caldwell Mountain Road) will be closed from the intersection of Route 612 (Patterson Creek Road) to the Botetourt County line. The project is located approximately 1100 feet east of the intersection of Route 606 (Caldwell Mountain Road and Route 612 (Patterson Creek Road).
Message boards will alert drivers of the closure and drivers will need to seek alternate routes. Local residents within the closure will be able to access their home.
The road is expected to reopen May 2020.
