VDOT TO HOLD PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ROUNDABOUT IN DINWIDDIE
Public invited to learn about proposed roundabout at June 14 meeting
SOUTH CHESTERFIELD, Va. — The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) will hold a design public hearing on a proposed roundabout at the intersection of Ferndale Road (Route 600) and River Road (Route 601) in Dinwiddie County. The primary purpose of the meeting is to review the proposed design and receive feedback from citizens and stakeholders on the proposed single lane roundabout.
The meeting will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 14 at Matoaca Elementary School, located at 20300 Halloway Avenue, South Chesterfield, VA 22803. It will be held in an open forum format with no formal presentation given.
Residents will have an opportunity to review materials and displays, and ask questions to VDOT officials in attendance to better understand the proposed project.

Comments mailed must be postmarked no later than June 24, 2022.
