Overnight Lane Closures, Periodic Stoppages on I-66 West Between Stringfellow Road and Route 28 for Overhead Gantry Removal on Feb. 18
FAIRFAX – Overnight lane closures and periodic stoppages are planned on I-66 West between Stringfellow Road and Route 28 on Thursday, February 18, so that crews can remove an overhead gantry as part of the Transform 66 Outside the Beltway Project.
Details include:
Thursday, February 18
I-66 West between Stringfellow Road and Route 28
- Three lanes will be closed between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m.
- Periodic stoppages of up to 20 minutes will occur between midnight and 4 a.m. for overhead gantry removal.
All work is weather dependent and will be rescheduled if inclement conditions occur.
