I-66 Traffic Stoppages in Manassas Area This Weekend for Overhead Utility Work
UPDATE (5/8): Stoppages planned Sunday night, May 10, if needed

FAIRFAX – Overnight traffic stoppages and lane closures are planned on I-66 East and West between Route 234 Business (Sudley Road) and Route 29 Centreville on Friday night, May 8, and Saturday night, May 9, between midnight and 5 a.m. NOVEC will be relocating overhead power lines as part of the Transform 66 Outside the Beltway Project.

Traffic will be stopped intermittently in both directions simultaneously. Virginia State Police will be on scene to coordinate the stoppages.

All work is weather dependent and will be rescheduled if inclement conditions occur.
