Woodfair Road in Fairfax Station Closed June 10-11
Detour in place during stormwater pipe replacement
FAIRFAX STATION – Woodfair Road between Little Ox Road and Sydney Road will be closed to through traffic, weather permitting, from 8 a.m. Monday, June 10 to 5 p.m. Tuesday, June 11 for stormwater pipe replacement, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.
Residents within the closure area, emergency vehicles and school buses will have access to Woodfair Road; however, they will not be able to go beyond the point of pipe replacement in either direction. The pipe is located between Olm Drive and Woodfair Drive.
Through traffic will be detoured via Little Ox Road and Sydney Road back to Woodfair Road.
