GREAT FALLS – Single-lane closures will occur at Route 193 (Georgetown Pike) and Falls Bridge Lane Saturday, July 27 for work related to the Georgetown Pike Trail project, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.

The westbound Route 193 right turn lane and northbound Falls Bridge Lane will be closed between 7 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.

The westbound and eastbound Route 193 through lanes will remain open. There will be one lane of alternating traffic via flagging on Falls Bridge Lane.

The work is part of the Georgetown Pike Trail project, which is being administered by Fairfax County.
