Lane Closures And Occasional Stoppages on I-66 East And West Near Bull Run Drive During Overnight Hours This Week
FAIRFAX, Va. – Triple-lane closures and occasional 20-minute stoppages and slowdowns along I-66 East and West near Bull Run Drive are planned for overnight hours this week. Closures are necessary for lane shifts needed for the Transform 66 Outside the Beltway Project.
Details include:
- I-66 West from Compton Road to Bull Run Rest Area, Monday, May 6, and Wednesday, May 8, from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.
- I-66 East from Route 234 Business (Sudley Road) to east of Compton Road, Tuesday, May 7, and Thursday, May 9, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Drivers are advised to use caution and expect potential travel delays.
All work is weather dependent and will be rescheduled if inclement conditions occur.
