VDOT holds Virtual Design Public Hearing on Route 311, Berry Hill Road, Connector
LYNCHBURG —The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) is holding a Virtual (Online) Design Public Hearing for the Route 311, Berry Hill Road, Connector project in Pittsylvania County. The project involves the construction of a connector road from the existing interchange of Oak Ridge Farms Road (Route 1260) and the Danville Expressway (US Route 58) west to tie in with Berry Hill Road (US 311).
The online webinar will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2020. The live presentation will begin at 4 p.m. Participants may submit questions through the chat feature during the presentation and VDOT staff will attempt to provide answers or will follow up should additional information be needed.
Comments may also be submitted through August 14 by completing the online survey or printable comment sheet. The printed survey and/or other comments may be submitted by email to Raina.Rosado@VDOT.Virginia.gov or by mail to Raina Rosado, VDOT. 4219 Campbell Avenue, Lynchburg VA 24501.
To access the meeting, visit the Route 311 project page on VDOT’s website at http://www.virginiadot.org/projects/lynchburg/route-311.asp. To navigate to the page, go to www.virginiadot.org (VDOT’s website). At the top of the page, select “Projects & Studies.” Then, select “Lynchburg.” Under Coming Soon, select “Route 311 Connector Road, Pittsylvania County.” The hearing will be available beginning at 4 p.m.
Once the meeting is complete, the recorded presentation will be available on the website.
