THROUGH TRUCK RESTRICTION POSTED ON AUSTIN RIDGE DRIVE IN STAFFORD
Posted signs notify travelers that through trucks are now restricted from traveling on Austin Ridge Drive between Courthouse Road and Mine Road

FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – A through truck restriction is now posted on Route 1486 (Austin Ridge Drive) in Stafford County between Route 684 (Mine Road) and Route 630 (Courthouse Road).

The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) has posted signs along the route to notify travelers of the through truck restriction, which is in effect along the entire 1.9-mile length of Austin Ridge Drive.

The alternate route for northbound and southbound trucks is Mine Road and Courthouse Road, which is a distance of 2.3 miles.

Travelers can view VDOT's online map to see posted through truck restriction locations around the state.
