SUNNYBANK FERRY SERVICE SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
Vessel crosses Little Wicomico River on Route 644 in Northumberland County
FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) has suspended service to the Sunnybank Ferry in Northumberland County until further notice.
The Sunnybank Ferry crosses the Little Wicomico River on Route 644. The ferry can carry a maximum of six passengers and 16 tons.
Updates on ferry service will be available online on the Sunnybank Ferry page on VDOT's website, www.VirginiaDOT.org.
