REVISED HOLIDAY SCHEDULE FOR NORTHERN NECK FERRIES DURING THANKSGIVING WEEK
Merry Point Ferry in Lancaster County and Sunnybank Ferry in Northumberland County will be closed Thursday, Nov. 24 through Saturday, Nov. 26

FREDERICKSBURG, Va. - The Merry Point Ferry in Lancaster County and the Sunnybank Ferry in Northumberland County will be closed Thursday, Nov. 24 through Saturday, Nov. 26 for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday.

Both ferries will resume their normal hours of operation the following week. The Sunnybank Ferry will resume service on Monday, Nov. 28, and the Merry Point Ferry will resume service on Tuesday, Nov. 29.

The Merry Point Ferry service is located on Route 604 in Lancaster. It crosses the western end of the Corrotoman River.

The Sunnybank Ferry is located on Route 644 in Northumberland County and crosses the Little Wicomico River.
